In plain language: we collect only what you give us: typically an email and a note. We use it to reply to you, we don't sell it, we don't run ads or analytics trackers on this site, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

This statement explains how Veyruna ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through veyruna.com. We handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

- Enquiry details: your email address, your name if you choose to provide it, and the contents of your message.
- Correspondence: anything you subsequently send us by email.
- Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operation of the Site.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts on this Site. Fonts and all other assets are served directly from veyruna.com, so simply loading the Site sends no requests to third parties.
03How we collect it
Directly from you, through the enquiry form (processed by Formspree, our form provider) and by email. We do not collect personal information about you from third parties for this Site.
04Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, assess whether and how we can help, maintain records of our correspondence, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for marketing without your consent.
05Who we share it with
Only with service providers that operate the Site and our correspondence: currently Formspree (form processing), Vercel (hosting) and our email provider, and where disclosure is required by law. If a matter proceeds toward an engagement involving a partner firm, we will only share your information with that firm with your knowledge.
06Overseas disclosure
Our service providers, including Formspree and Vercel, store and process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. By submitting the form you acknowledge your enquiry details will be processed overseas by these providers.
07Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
08Access, correction and deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing contact@veyruna.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
09Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
